I am a long-time customer, have paid my bills on time and have repaid all my loans as agreed. Incident: A clerk was waiting on me when the manager (who never identified herself either by name or position) started blurting out policy from the back of the office), stating she didn't have to provide me with a loan if I didn't abide by their policies. (I had asked the clerk for the copy of my D.L. to blot out my height, weight, and age then returned it to the clerk). The (manager) then asked if I was closing my account, which meant to me "Was I paying off my loan," to which I said, "Yes." The next time I returned to the store for an installment loan, I found out she lied about the situation, saying I refused to give my ID for copying and placing it in the database. The clerks on duty then refused to give me a loan and would not contact the manager who was not in the office. I can only say that I will let everyone know that this is not a place to do business.
