Unbelievable service!!! Contacted several rental companies, and talked to a lot of rude people. Not at Hopz! very professional operation. Told them what I was looking for and they went all out to make my party a success!!! Everything was delivered on time and clean! The crew took the time to set up as we discussed. We recently used Hopz for a graduation party we had and it was great!! Everything exceeded our expectations. We had this party planned for a while and dint plan on using any rentals. Well< the weather starting looking questionable. We called Hopz late Tuesday; someone came by Wednesday and reviewed plans for a tent to cover our deck. Friday morning the crew was there and the tent was up. Earlier in the week we decided to rent a coffee maker, some coolers, tables, chairs, and a drink maker. Everything was delivered on time, in clean, ready to use condition. The party was a great success. Everyone commented on the tent set up and all other items we rented. For not planning on renting anything for this party, we were glad we called Hopz. All the items made everything so much better and festive. At the end of the day the cost was very reasonable and well worth it. Next party we are just calling Hopz first. We highly recommend using Hopz for all your party rental needs. Staff was professional, courteous and very customer oriented.
