RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!Avoid this place at all costs. Wish I could give them a zero star rating, they don't even deserve one! These jokers hate their job, hate what they do, but most of all - they hate having to get up from their desk and have to deal with customers. First off, even though he saw me come in the door, I still waited 10 minutes while Bob finished up his game on the computer, before I was even acknowledged. Should have been my first sign. They took my order (a simple school name embroidered on polos) and said it would be done in 2 weeks. I asked Bob if he wanted me to email him a picture of the embroidery and he said he didn't need it. As soon as I got back in my car, I emailed it to him anyway. 2 weeks later, I call to see if the shirts are done and 3 different people answer the phone and start arguing with each other to see who is going to take the call - while I'm listening and waiting. Finally Bob takes it. Bob says my shirts aren't done because he was waiting to get the email picture from me...so even though I sent him the picture via email (and double checked to make sure it went through) he had all my info ALL this time and didn't contact me at all. He could have emailed, called, even snail mailed me to let me know but, alas, Bob was too busy playing games on his computer to actually DO his JOB. When I told him I would pick up my shirts to have them done elsewhere, he hung up on me. Yeup, professionals all the way...take your time and money elsewhere. Maybe someplace that has employees that actually like what they do and, um I don't know, DO THEIR JOB!!!
