I ordered a cover from decks and docks on November 14, 2014. Paid half down. On 4/13/15 I paid the remainder of balance. I started calling to see where hoist cover was 4/25 did not have the color I ordered grey only had blue. I called and spoke to Mark on many times in May. Finally it was going on four weeks and no cover, boat was getting so wet. I talked to manager and said it was on the truck 5/5 and should get in a few days. Well it took a week. FINALLY got the cover on May 15th. It took six months to get. Very bad costumer service. Will not every use them again.
