I agree with the negative comments from other people. They are one of the most unprofessional. I went there one time with the thinking of having them as my PCP but that visit was the last visit. Their office looks good but not their actions.

This office is awful. They order unnecessary tests, and the practitioners are unprofessional and not thou rough. At one point they 'referred' me to a specialist by making an appt, but they didn't fill out the insurance referral paperwork. So when I got to the appt., the specialist couldn't see me.

I had a terrible experience at American Medwell. The staff was incredibly unprofessional. The nurse practitioner was rude from the moment she walked through the door, chiding me and treating me like a disobedient child. Rather than making me feel that she was invested in my wellbeing, she sent the message that I was yet another inconvenience that she had to deal with. I was incredibly disappointed with this experience and I will never go back to American Medwell. I have never had this negative of an experience with any health professional. Unless you enjoy working with a doctor who is brusque, impatient, crude, and demeaning, I would not recommend this office.
