Formerly EBS RMSCO, this company recently became Lifetime Benefit Solutions. Wait time to speak to customer service is about 20 minutes or more. Customer service is spotty, there is one nice women if you are lucky enough to get her on the line. The others are rude and less than helpful. For treatments they require a letter of medical necessity and a plan of care which, they claim takes 2 weeks to review. These have to be snail mailed, not faxed which adds to the wait time. Unfortunately it really could take up to a month or more to hear from them. In the meantime, you are left in limbo, wondering if they will approve your treatment. For medication reimbursement, be prepared to wait 4 to 6 weeks. Luckily, my wife's employer offers insurance and we are planning on switching over.
