Have always enjoyed their food. However, ordered beef stroganoff last evening and it was not good. When it arrived, I could tell immediately it was not right. It looked like noodles with tons of dark chocolate poured over it with a small bit of sour cream sooned on top. Even with the sour cream stirred in did not take away the strong, nearly pure consumme flavor. Asked for more sour cream, and even that did not help. It needed the slight taste of sherry to it as good stroganoff usually has. They definately need to redo their recipe on this one. Other than that, good service, as always and pleasant atmosphere. I am rating the restaurant overall and excluding the bad stroganoff.

good solid food. excellent specialty salads extravagant deserts. big variety in menu, wonderful breakfasts. they have a puffy french toast that is great. only bad thing i have had there is the oysters. way over cooked.
