What you wrote is total B.S. They would never have a firearm leave the shop with out repairing it, if they caused the problem.

I took a 1 month old pistol in to have night sights installed. When i picked up the pistol the slide was chipped and scratched. They refused to do anything about it. One of the scratches is 2 inches long. I will never do business with again. It ended up costing more than $100.
