very nice resorts, nice staff , QUIET,clean well worth the money, been a member for 5 years never had a bad time at any of them, LOVE the Ocean mist resort,go ahead and stay at state parks and risk having people partying, yelling ,music blaring till 4 in the morning,that kind of stuff does NOT fly at these resorts!

I purchased a timeshare from them and I would love to give it away since I never use it. They used a bait and switch a few months ago by saying they had a tax issue and needed to redo name tags. When we went to get our pictures taken for our entry badges, they did another sales pitch to up our package. Horrible.

KM Resorts out right LIE to get you to comit to buying their timeshare. If you say no someone else calls making promises that sound to good to be true, and turns out they are! The cost when it came down to it was more than $700 more than originally quoted due to Aministration fees. Then the annual fee is around $70 more a year then originally told. Every sales person gave different stories. We never did get a final answer about what camp ground would be our home campground which you get to stay in free of change when ever you want. Plus they told us we could always just drop in and stay at any of the camps. If they were full they would make space! How can that be? Isn't full full? Did I mention most 'campgrounds' look like parking lots? Stay away unless you like to be lied to and pressured into things!
