If you are a woman, go elsewhere. Craig with Geico will not take care of the repairs. David the manager will not return phone calls of concerns. They are quick to take your money/insurance money but do not stand by the repairs. They will not provide receipts or condition of parts nor give you the parts off your car they replaced. Repairs are not complete and they try to send you out the door and then claim that the issue was not caused by accident. Disappointing in the dishonesty of Craig and Geico.

I was rearended and took my car to this shop. When I got it back two weeks later, the paint did not match at all. My shifter (I drive a manual) was replaced with an old worn out one. When I brought it to them, my shifter was beautiful. I also got the car back with a locking gas cap that had about two inches of grease on it. They gave me no key, and after running out of gas and spending ten minutes on it with a screwdriver, I finally got it off. My CDs, GPS Navigator, and cell phone charger that was in my center council was all gone through. There were other things on the car that had been replaced as if someone else had the same car that had 200,000 miles on it and replaced it with my parts because mine only has 68,000. When I brought the car back to the shop and asked them about everything, as well as the paint job, I was told they had no idea what I was talking about and they did not touch a thing. I was told "that was the way we got it". I will never go back to their shop again.

Excellent, Honest Customer Service

Not that I would expect free service or rate a company based on this. But I was in Kimball's to retrieve items from a car that was totalled out by the insurance company. While there I inquired about getting my trunk fixed on the car I drove there. Instead of making it into a big job that needed to be done, the estimator simply drove my car into the back where he fixed the hinge right then. This act will certainly bring any auto body business I may have to Kimball's in the future.
