Thompson Elementary School provides academic education to nurture the physical, creative, intellectual and emotional growth of students. Located in Tacoma, Wash., the school is affiliated with the Bethel School District. The school has an annual enrollment of more than 450 students from kindergarten through grade six. It has a parent-teacher association that works to foster growth and development of the education programs and promotes fellowship within the school. The school s academic curriculum includes arts, technology, reading, writing, math, science, social studies, language arts and physical education. Thompson Elementary School organizes various special programs that include extra algebra classes, science camps, field trips and reading programs.
