Silence is Golden

I have heard rats in my walls since I could remember. What was frustrating is that I couldn't even trap the things. I was beginning to think that I was going crazy. So I called Eagle, and got an inspection. As one would have guessed, there were over a dozen spots that they were getting into. The tech sealed it up the next day, and trapped about 11 rats over three visits. That was over three months ago, and I haven't heard a sound since. Bravo.

If you have a problem with wildlife in your yard Eagle Animal Control is great. Richard, the owner, is very responsive and personable. I thought I had 3-4 raccoons. They were digging up plants and flowers and leaving holes in the yard. Ended up catching 12 raccoons and two possums! Richard provides a trap and when the raccoon is caught he comes and gets it and releases it on the other side of town without harm. I am beyond satisfied with his service.

Richard was understanding of my phobia and easy to work with to get the job done efficiently and humanely. I am keeping his number in case I need help again. I highly recommend this company.

Richard Lanphere, the owner/operator of Eagle Animal Control, is such a honest, thoughtful, hard working, ethical, and pleasant person to work with that I went to some length to find him when he left his earlier position to start his own company. Eagle Animal Control is thoroughly reliable, punctual, affordable, and--speaking as a single mother--if you're going to have workmen in the house, isn't it better to have someone around with whom you feel safe and comfortable? I can't say enough good things about this company or the man who runs it. Absolutely first class service.

Best pest control service around!! Why? Knowledgeable. Considerate. Timely. Great attitude. I used to think that pest control was just another way of saying "animal killer" and "poisoner", but Richard is better than that. He knows all the preventative ways to keep the critters out, AND how to respect the raptors. If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended.

SAW THEIR PHONE NUMBER ON ONE OF THEIR CARS IN A PARKING LOT AND FIGURED WHAT THE HECK? HAD SQUIRRELS IN MY ATTIC FOR OVER TWO YEARS AND NONE OF THE COMPANIES I HAD OUT EVER FIXED IT. TALKED TO ONE OF THEIR GUYS ON THE PHONE AND HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND AFTER THAT MY SERVICE GUY, RICHARD, CALLED ME RIGHT AWAY TO SCHEDULE THE WORK. HE CAUGHT SIX OR SEVEN SQUIRRELS FOR ME AND CLOSED UP THE HOLES SO EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT. NO SQUIRRELS IN THE ATTIC SINCE! TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THEM.

I have a classic pick up truck that I have to keep outside with a cover on it. When I opened the hood rats had been taking snails and eating them on top of the engine. Their urine had ruined all of the polished aluminum engine pieces. I opened the hood on my other car and they eaten half the sound insulation on the hood and had eaten part of a wiring harness. It cost me $347.00 to replace the hood insulation and repair the wiring harness. Eagle came out and inspected the property, placed bait stations and maintain them. I have not had a problem since. I have found a few dead rats, but most crawl away and die somewhere else which is fine with me. Thank you Eagle for eliminating the problem and making sure they don't come back!

Eagle is by FAR the best animal removal service in the Tallahassee area. They did everything they promised they would do, and more. Very friendly and reliable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has pesky critters around their property!
