Well, please note this review is not anonymous, and I have received excellent service every time as the owner conducts herself professionally, and direct along with the staff.If anyone has an issue, perhaps you would be better off going to another postal service and or the regular post office rather than having nothing better to do then rant.
Not surprising that all these comment are anonymous or posted by dshanas. Is it ironic that the owner is DJ Shanas? Posting your own reviews is SO sad. The reality is this place has the WORST customer service ever. I don't even know how it's still in business.

Very Friendly and helpful. Best shipping store in Tallahassee and now they have a cookie shop, how awesome is that? Great homemade cookies

Awesome service, great people, made shipping fast and easy. Recommending to everyone and will be back!! And 10x's faster than going to post office or FedEx/ups. :)

The best customer service in tallahassee! These folks know what they are doing, are very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. You can't go wrong using this little shipping center.
