This company is terrible, broken promises, run by monkeys...couldnt add 1 and 2 together...as long as they get you off the phone, their job is considered done. They are no help--and where else do you go if they're on site during your labor and delivery.....not like I can be picky in that situation....IF I had my choice--any other company would've been better -- couldnt get much worse as far as I was concerned. If you are also having trouble, I would advise you to consider www.BBB.org -- that's how I handled it and after a few months, this company was finally out of my life.
