This company is great. I was recommended to them by a friend of mine who just purchased a house and he knew that I was doing the same. Tony was our inspector. He did a fantastic job and made notes and took pictures of everything whether big or small. He also took the time out to speak with me and explain the report to me in detail. Thank God there were no major issues with the house. He gave me peace of mind. He is a very nice & knowledgeable person. Also, it has been a pleasure dealing with the office staff. They have been very helpful and accommodating and extremely nice. Please remember all of the inspectors pretty much charge the same and it is better to go with someone like Building Inspection Pros that is going to do a thorough job since buying a house is a huge investment. Buying a house is a huge investment and it is really important that you get a great inspector. The inspection can save you so much money and not be tricked by slick owners or agents.
