I moved out 7/25/14. I went in and 1/29/15 and was advised by the store manager I still owe one months of unpaid rent because I vacated on 7/27/14. I totally disagreed and found it to be ridiculous to be charged a full months rent for 2 additional days. Its now Jan 2015 and I was informed that we only sent you one letter and made one phone call. We are in the process of sending you the 2nd final notice letter that was mailed 1/21/15.Now is that really service. Reporting this matter to the BBB

This business is very clean and well managed. I felt my valuables were being kept very secure at this facility. Staff was professional and made it easy to do business.
