I've been a residential customer of Llona plumbing for ten years and over those years they've serviced a couple of my properties. Recently at my home I needed service on a tankless water that they've serviced twice previously without incident but for this service call I was disappointed that Lloan refused to service my water heater. The first person I spoke too said they would rather replace the unit with a tank heater. That wasn't the answer I was expecting, so I got a call back a few minutes later telling me they don't service my type of water heater anymore because it cost too much for the customer and that they don't have a skilled tech to work on it. Llona was unable to refer me to someone else and told me sorry. While leaving me and my family of five in the cold. Not the level of service I expected from them. Now I'm shopping for a new plumbing company to begin a relationship with. I see a lot of positive feedback which is good but I would strongly encourage you to get a second opinion before committing to Llona plumbing.

Llona Plumbing came to a home I built to look at plumbing issues created by prior plumber. Among them was luke warm water instead of hot water to a bathtub. Well no one could tell me what was the problem. 2 years of lukewarm bath and shower water. Recently I asked a handyman to look at the problem again. He fixed it in 5 minutes by adjusting the cold water knob. On other issues Llona Plumbing was okay but not great. I will not use this plumber again.

Professional and excellent service. Pricing very reasonable for the quality and quantity of work that they performed. They had a difficult time because of the amount of roots underneath my home and they did not ask for money even though many more man hours were use to complete the job. Their crew were polite and courteous and eager to answer questions. They left my house and exterior free of any debris. Clean and hard working plumbers. D. E. Lopez del Rincon

The best plumbing service experience I have ever had. Friendly and helpful, willing to explain thoroughly what I needed to have fixed. Price very fair. Recommend LLona Plumbing very highly, truly plumbing excellence!
