Location, location, location!!! Very convenient and easy office building - there are over a dozen restaurants you can walk to and perhaps another dozen within a mile. CVS, Sweetbay, UPS and Hyde Park Village all within walking, so I really enjoy working here. Very nice interior and decor which is modern. There is lots of glass which gives the space an open feeling - although some of the offices you can see into, so if you really need privacy, there are a few offices that won't work. The offices vary in size but all are spacious and nicely decorated. They all are exterior offices with lots of glass (except one I think). Conferance room is very nice, with a big flat screen, wet bar, etc. and is rarely used so no need to book in advance. I checked out every executive suite in Tampa and this one really beats out all of the others. Much less than the HQ Global/Regus options.

Priced somwhat below other upscale exec suites such as HQ or World Trade Center. Location & parking are extremely conveniant, access to lots of shops, eateries. Most services offered, but not all. Interior space is quite beautiful - my clients always remark on it. Conference room is all glass, quite spectacular, but not huge. Works for meetings up to maybe 8 people. Nice flat screen for presentations and cool track lighting.

Very upscale and beautiful interior. Contemporary feel with exposed high ceilings, lots of glass, very cool! Great location - right next door to a busy starbucks and panera bread, tons of restaruants nearby. Small but great group of professionals, recommend highly!!!!
