Rented an excavator from them for $300.Wouldn't dig down 3 feet and it was big enough to do so.Anyhow 45 minutes into digging the right track fell off.Called friday at 7pm got a call at 11 am sunday.The man that came out said it was my fault.He said look at your yard down there you are not using it right.I said really?Your guy that unloaded the machine did that.Then his wife chimed in and I told her to get out of my yard.I was upset and used language I won't repeat here.$300 for bad equipment and another $3000 to fix a blocked sewer line.Thanks for renting junk.

The place should be called A hole rental! I called because I needed an air nailer to attach quarter round to my baseboards. I was told the tool would cost $30 a day to rent. I reserved it for Sat am. So I show up and the guy working there is in the office when I walk in and doesn't even say hello or acknowledge I'm there.... Then, when he gets ready to get the tool for me...he asks... Do you have a compressor? As if! Do I look like I own a compressor? Did he tell me on the phone the day before I needed a compressor? Noooooo. So now he wants to charge me an additional $30 for that as well. I thought he quoted me a price that included what I needed to do the job. A-hole. $60 for a nail gun and compressor for a day= rip off. I drove 80 miles to my parents house and borrowed my dads air compressor and nail gun ..... Which my dad purchased at Sears for $69. Wasted half a days work. And this was not my first a-hole encounter with this business. But it was my last!!!!
