I highly recommend KCS Equestrian Center. The owner, Kathy Callahan-Smith, is an extremely knowledgeable and talented horsewoman and instructor. She has many accolades and accomplishments to her credit that speak to her expertise, but more importantly, she puts all of that knowledge to good use in her teaching.I have received instruction from her over the course of many years and she is presently instructing my four year old son. She goes beyond riding instruction and teaches good horsemanship in the development of her students. She is a fabulous instructor and does an excellent job of assessing skill levels and matching the appropriate horse with the rider, selecting from a wide variety of excellent lesson horses.

My 11 year old daughter has taken lessons from this ranch for 4 years. Instruction is excelent with the emphasis on safety and good horsemanship. The lesson horses are great and well cared for.
