      This is my local favorite Thai Restaurant! I discovered the Siamese Cat 20 years ago and it has the best authentic Thai cuisine in town. The owners are great! The must try is the Lemon Grass soup with Shrimp and the spicy beef salad appetizer (New'ee Num Tuk).
