In life I have found you get whatcha pay for.the add tells you everything.they did a great job,showed up on time gave me a written estimate BEFORE starting.I would totally use them.again!!thanks for a job well done

How come there's not any negative stars? I didn't even want to give it 1 star. They came, they cheated us out of money, left dirty water on the floor, cleaned a room with no water so the carpet's still dirty and then asked my husband's friend for a couple of beers. In fact, we think the 2 Mexicans that came with the lead guy was illegal. We called them back, we got a lot of double talk, was told the same people had to come back to do the job and we even said we'd report them to the BBB. The girl on the phone yelled back they weren't members of the Better Business Bureau. I'm going to go to Lowes, rent their carpet cleaner again and clean the carpet myself. Could have done a better job with the same money doing my own cleaning.

AGREE, AGREE, AGREE with most of the comments already posted. Like most of you, I have seen these ads for a long time and finally decided to schedule with this company. BIG MISTAKE. Their worker came in told us we needed all this other preteatment and services. My husband refused the "EXTRAS," and all we received after that was, attitude, a 20 minute cold water with no cleaning solution once over, missed a room, dumped all the dirty water and junk from his machine right outside our front door in our rocks and ran out of here. Later that day, I called to talk to a manager to explain. I was told that the company policy was, they send the same worker out to re-do the job. Woo-hoo!! I scheduled for a few days later between 9-11. 1:00pm rolled around and no worker, no phone call. I called the company and received a whole bunch of excuses. I was also basically told that it was my fault that I did not have my whole day available for them to show up whenever they felt like it to correct THEIR MISTAKES!! I asked for my money back with complete refusal. I called again two days later and spoke to the owner. He also refused to refund my money. TERRIBLE SERVICE, NOT ANY TYPE OF REAL CLEANING and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am so sorry I wasted a penny of our hard earned money with this company...

OH MY GOD - AVOID SUPREME CARPET at ALL COSTS!! They are a horrible company! The "technicians" who cleaned my sofa ended up ruining my wood floor - for after they left there were HUGE gouges in the floor. I called them out on it and they denied it. I even talked with the apparent owner of the co., and he was an unintelligent, condescending and arrogant man. He told me there was no way his employees could damage my floor, whereas I know they did it because the marks weren't on the floor before they started cleaning, and then they suddenly appeared after they were done with their job. What a disgusting company! GO ELSEWHERE!

This company is a scam do not waste your time or money. They completely lied over the phone quoting me 200 when he got here it was 1300 but with his special discount it was 575. Person who came to my door was very rude and was in things in my house that he had no business being in. When i told them i was not paying that kind of money to clean my vents he said I would have to pay 180 for what being lied to and for a very rude employee. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I saw an advertisement in the mail for $4.95 per room carpet cleaning which included steam cleaning and deodorizing. I called this company at 480-307-6211 and asked lots of questions to get all the hidden fees out of them like trip charges, etc. I added up the total cost of the service and it came out to $75. I had them come out and this guy shows up in his own unmarked SUV with a portable carpet cleaner. He looks over the carpet, writes up a work order, hands it to me and says I can do this cleaning for $291.73. I tell him that is not what the Ad says it will cost. After arguing with him he says he can do it for $150 but refuses to do it for what the advertisement says the price is. I was in a bind and needed the carpet cleaned and didn't have time to shop around for another company so I had this company do it. Their phone quotes and advertising are very deceiving. DO NOT USE THEM!

A guy shows up in his personal, unmarked vehicle with a steamer that you could rent from a supermarket. He proceeds to use hard sell tactics to convince you that the $4.95 per room is only good for a new, virtually dirt free, unstained carpet. Why did we hire a carpet cleaner? Oh. That's the $50 per room...but he makes it sound like he is giving it away and for $150 (not $15) you are stealing bread from his children. Also, take a look at the $15 travel fee. I should have charged the guy for bathroom privileges.



The cleaning was fair at best. He did not have the equipment to do the edges. So we have a fairly clean carpet, except for the 2 inches against the baseboard, which now stands out like an advertisement of shoddy performance. He was randomly shooting a sprayer about the room. This was the Scotchgard. After he left, I called a contractor I know. He said that the guy did not apply the Scotchgard correctly. I called the company back and the guy showed up 4 hours later. This time he applied it semi-correctly. When I questioned him, he said that he was just a working stiff and needed to talk to his boss. He was an self-proclaimed expert in his previous visit. Now he didn't even know how long it would take to dry. They said it would take 3 hours for the carpet to dry. It was about 12 hours.



The last company that cleaned our carpet did a professional job, including the carpet edges and the Scotchgard. They had a truck that was professionally equipped and they hauled out the dirty water. These guys just toss it in the gutter.



I should have thrown them out when they showed up with the hard sell. Be smarter than I was. Tell this company no.

when you get the flyer in the mail it says 4.95 per room 2 room minimum. nothing about 4.95 per sq ft. it says "ALSO AVAILABLE" That should mean IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS IT. by the time i got done with the estimate it was 130$$$ so i would suggest this company putting 4.95 a sq ft in their flyer. BECAUSE IT IS MISLEADING!
