He ruined my bag. I brought a bag to him 3 weeks ago. His prices are on the higher side but he claimed he would make it "better than new". He made me come back 4 x and each time he had an excuse why it wasn't ready. The 5th time- he said I had already picked it up. I called the police. When the police arrived, he brought out my bag- he had changed the color from a wine color to a very ugly brown. It has random red spots on it. He was not sorry. He's a liar. I wish I could give no stars at all. Very unethical and horrible. He said he's not going to pay for it. Basically he ruined my bag and tried to steal it.



It was a 600$ Botkier bag.
