John and his team came out to assess my site. They were on-time, knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. He gave me a scientific explanation of my site and the options that were available. He also does an some exploratory drilling to help with the analysis.

Our irrigation pump failed, and John (the owner) and his son Nick worked very hard to figure out what caused it. They tested the well to ensure we had sufficient water (which we did). John heard a small vacuum leak in the wellhead, which probably caused the pump to lose prime and run dry. They replaced the leaky pipe and installed a new pump to replace the 17 year old pump that failed.

John is an expert in all things well, and it was inspiring to see him and his son working together to solve our problem!

He will even talk to your contractor or town official to make sure everything gets squared away. He basically helps you oversee the whole process of permitting, drilling, and installing. His honesty was what made me feel satisfied the most.
