I am so happy we have this service for my 78 year old mom. She fell in her kitchen in the middle of the night. She went to grab a bowl and it slipped from her fingers and then she slipped, perhaps on a piece of the broken glass. Even though there was another person in the home, that person is a bit hard of hearing and did not hear her cry for help. Mom's cell phone was only about 3 feet from her but she could not get to it because she was on the floor and had broken her arm on the granite countertop or the tile as she fell. Had she not had her PAL button watch on her arm she would have had to lay there in the pile of broken glass and was bleeding from her arm, until the other person in the home woke up. As it happened PAL button alerted me and then paramedics. Thank you so much PAL button.
