the worse computer repair store ever, The technicians are so unprofessional withe no knowledge.Bottom line my computer was serviced by Staples easytech. First blamed and sold me antivirus while I had already Trendmicro Antivirus. He claimed Norton is better. OK I purchased than after one hour diagnostic he said he need to erase the computer,I said OK. than he lost my data and couldn't fully install windows and said my windows CD is bad. and still charged over $200. I took the computer to a company in Agoura Hills. Installed windows using my CD's with the trend antivirus and all updates for $150. Staples are good for office paper but not tech services . Stay Away.
