The 2 stars are only for the taste of the food. The waitress Laurie was horrible. We had empty glasses for 8 minutes. She only came to the table to take the order and bring the check. We are GREAT tippers but she deserves 2 pennies. We are not from here and will not be back

I really can't rate this Applebee's because ever time my husband and I go there we have to either send our food back because it not cooked correctly, cold, cups and silverware often have food from prior customers.. We have watched the waitresses clean the tables and use the same towel to wipe the seats and go to another table with the same towel and do the same thing. Disgusting!!! The table and seats are still wet when your seated, menu's are nasty and sticky, food all on the floor under the tables. Who wants to sit in food and eat..
