The food and service was just average but staff attitudes seemed nor caring. I tried to use a pre-paid certificate I'd purchased before and they would not honor it. Here is a letter I wrote them and never never had heard back


Hello, I’m writing in a last attempt to get you to honor what I paid for 5 gift certificates ($60) to your establishment. I had stopped by your restaurant to eat once where your employees wouldn’t accept these and two other times recently and left my contact information as requested by your staff. They stated I would be contacted by you but I never have been.

I bought 5 certificates for $60 which were supposed to be worth $25 each (total $120) but they have never been honored

I have spent way to much time dealing with this offer that I paid for and not be able to use these at your restaurant. I’m not sure why you are not getting back to me or not honoring what I paid for these but as a professional restaurant owner in the community this does not reflect good business practices. I hope you respond to my letter so we can come back and enjoy your restaurant.

Love this place!!! This is by far the best establishment I have ever eaten. The food is authentic and the best flavor in Toledo. I was there on a very busy Friday night, the place was packed but the wait was worth it. The margaritas were the bomb!!!!!!! Customer service by big Al was the best I've ever had.
