When I initially became a customer service was great but through the years I have had numerous unreturned phone calls and recently requested a quote for a new home purchase and it seems they are always on the other line and cannot make time to speak with me. I am not a high maintenance consumer but when I need something I expect it to be addressed quickly and professionally when paying for a service.
