We went up to the boat yesterday. Our canvas looks the same ad it did before-sloppy. The repair job you did to prevent water from flowing into the cockpit is not what you said you were going to do. You had not put in the strips to divert the water from the cockpit. We consulted another canvas maker who has offered to fix the sloppy fit- for a price. It was disappointing to learn that you had "bad- mouthed" us the entire time you were at our storage facility. Considering that we have paid you almost $14,000 over 2 jobs, one would think you would have more value for us as customers.

Ragman has done canvas work for us several times and his work is flawless. He returns phone calls promptly and keeps his word regarding the timing and price. We are confident when we contract work with him that it will be done exactly the way we requested the job to be done.
