      The Mental Health Consortium is a nonprofit, behavioral health care provider-sponsored organization that provides a variety of administrative services for organization products and functions for public and commercial purchasers. It operates an information technology department that develops industry specific networks, software and databases for managing a variety of mental health and substance abuse technology services. The Mental Health Consortium also maintains a department of human resources that designs, plans, directs and implements policies that include the supervision of recruiting, interviewing and selection of employees to fill vacant positions.
