Dr. Eva Simmons-OBrien is a board certified dermatologist and an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and her medical degree from Yale University in 1988 where she graduated Cum Laude and was inducted to the Alpha Omega Honor Society. She completed residency training in both medicine and dermatology at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she also served as full time faculty for both departments from 1993-1998.In 1999 Dr. Simmons-OBrien changed her status to active part-time faculty and entered private dermatology practice. Dr. Simmons-OBrien is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the Womens Dermatologic Society. She has also served as a consultant to the dermatologic and ophthalmic division of the Food and Drug Administration, as well as Vice Chair of the Dermatology Foundation.Dr. Simmons-OBrien and Dr. Orlinsky have been friends and partners for the past 22 years. They opened their Towson practice in 2002.Dr. Simmons-OBrien lives in Baltimore County with her husband, children and four dogs.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Orlinsky's for many years. She and her staff have taken unfailingly superb care of all of us throughout that time, more often than I can count going over and above what is required of a physician. She is a careful and attentive listener to your concerns and always makes you feel that you and your questions are paramount. Very simply, Diane Orlinsky is the best!
My only problem is the wait time to be seen.

Always greets you with a smile and has a lot of patience. Vanessa, clearly makes you feel at ease and you wish you could converse with her longer. Your in great hands with Dr. O'Brien. Her experience and knowledge place her at the top.
Dr. Orlinsky is the best! Fantastic nurses that work with her! Would be a perfect office and experience if
the front desk staff were friendlier and a little more professional.

Asks questions, listens to my concerns, stresses importance of labs who are reading path reports, teaches importance of sunscreen and skin care. Seems to remember areas of concern at next visit. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended.
She always spends time explaining what is happening. Never rushes through an appointment. The support team is very nice and accommodating. They are the best!
