      Ridge Ruxton School is a special education school that provides diversified educational programs and services to disabled students in the age group of 3 to 21. Its multidisciplinary staff is composed of instructional assistants, guidance counselors, registered nurses, and speech and language therapists. The school s instructional areas include personal management, career vocational and functional academics. Its preschool and kindergarten children participate in a half-day program with emphasis on structured development. The school s elementary and middle classes focus on life skills. Ridge Ruxton School also offers an array of extracurricular activities, such as basketball, indoor hockey, soccer, cheerleading and chorus. It additionally organizes recreational and social activities. Ridge Ruxton School is located in Baltimore.
