Very unprofessional. He kept cussing out his worker. He made several errors like cutting trim to short and trying to get away with it, piecing trim on stairs, and lying to me why he did it that way. The railing on the stairs are not straight and the sliding doors were not all plum. He was very sloppy in that he did not take care to protect work already done, scuffing up the deck, getting red chalk from a chalk line on the unsealed grout, scratching my travertine because he did not protect the floor, etc, and then trying to claim it was either me or someone else that did it. He was extremely slow and spent half his day at the store buying supplies...The project took over four months to do. He did a horrible job with the finish work. He did not install the special "dry deck" by the manufacturers specs and because of it I am having a leak problem. I had a very difficult time with him not calling me back when there was an issue. I definitely would NOT recommend him.
