We lost our dear cockatiel Kiba on July 27, 2020 Kiba just turned 15 years old in April.. He brought us so much joy & was definitely part of our family. Andrea understood our grief... and handle this hard time in our life with respect and compassion. Due to Corona Virus - our meeting took place outside.. when we received Kiba... Andrea even included his special "lovey" piece of fabric in his beautiful urn that he was, for some reason, attached to - almost like a child's blanket.. brought tears to our eyes.. meant the world to us ! The owners are huge animal lovers with big hearts. They treated my pet's remains with respect. I was given her paw print and clippings of her fur, also. The process was kind and respectful. They made a painful process easier.
