The driver of car 90 is a scam artist. $30 for a 6 mile, 10 minute trip, that he did not negotiate beforehand. He was supposed to do so. He did not run the meter, and he did not say what the fare was going to be; he just told me when we got to my hotel "$30" (plus I had to pay the toll).



COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST which I'm sure is why takes passengers from the train station who aren't familiar with the area.

Disgusting, filthy vehicles, mentally challenged drivers and rip offs
