PFO replaced our HVAC & Hot water heater in a very courteous and professional manner. After much research and estimates from other companies, PFO was my choice. Not to take away from other companies, which were very good, Chuck wanted to improve my Heating/AC. All of my web research pointed to regardless of the unit (Carrier, Trane, & Lennox), the installer was key. When he was measuring the area to fit the new unit, he told us that if we were really interested in increasing our home efficiency, we should really replace our hot water heater (it had something to due with the venting - It was pretty detailed and yes, I verified what he told us with other sources, it wasn't to simply pad this project). After watching Holmes on Homes, I was not only interested in finding a contactor that will replace my HVAC, but a person, who would stop to say, "you know, this could be improved if we..."
