The lady who runs the telephones apparently thinks she is hot stuff when really she's pissed off at the world. She honestly talks to you like your 12 and thinks she's the Dr because she won't even put her boss on the phone she to scared she's gonna get in trouble for the way she belittles people if I had a dental company she would be the first to go because you can't do business with someone who treats people the way she does . She's rude and unknowledgeable and she treats people like crap. If you wanna keep your business get rid of her first that's probably why your number 12 and not number 1.i have to go there again in couple days I'll let you know if her attitude is still the same..I can't believe there letting this lady treat people like this
