Ran by slum lords.Ran by slum lords.The hot water comes out looking like milk. Roaches. Central Air goes out for days. Fire department and police are here nearly as much as we are. Blood stains are all over near the office from a tenant freaking out and destroying his apartment/windows. 2 months later, still an unwashed bloody handprint on the wall. Apparently, the guy went 2-3 months with no AC and no working refrigerator, which led him to eventually snap. Strangers roam the place. We had our door open, when the AC was out, and caught multiple creeps standing by the door scoping out our place.Not MMJ friendly.
