Employs unethical business practices in order to make a profit. This company holds checks/payments just to charge late fees and then discloses it months/year later once fees have accrued on a daily basis. This company refuses to notify the homeowner by statement that they have fees accruing daily. My bank even verified they had the payment. Beware, out to scam homeowners!
