We recently started renting with Bancroft and Associates and it has been a terrible experience. Some of the issues are lack of air conditioning, broken appliances, leaking roof, broken shower, plumbing, the feces and the mold. It appears that the property was not only improperly cleaned, but was not accurately inspected as well.

In 27 days no one has come over to fix our leaking roof. One company that inspected the roof said that the entire top part has to come out. No one fixed it. They even denied our claim for a security door even though we have problems locking our front door.

They have refused to give us the full month's rent. Instead, they kicked us out of their office and told us to stop wasting their time and the time of their staff. The staff has been unpleasant and going to them has been a dreadful experience. There are serious issues with the property and the way that Bancroft and Associates manage their business.

One of my former tenants found me and complained that Bancroft, they sent me photos and the inspection. Bancroft protected me from unnecessary expenses in restoring the unit that the former tenant had damaged. Thanks Bancroft and Associates.
