- General Info
- Founded in 1970, CODAC Behavioral Health Services is one of the oldest health and human service community organizations in Arizona. It works collaboratively with individuals, families and organizations to eliminate the harmful effects of substance use disorders, mental illness, and abuse on their lives and their communities. The organization has developed various substance abuse disorder prevention and treatment programs, including Project Pride, Project CAMI, Project HACER and Las Amigas. CODAC Behavioral Health Services also supports Wildflowers, which was the Southwest s first residential treatment program for pregnant and postpartum women. It offers services to more than 10,000 individuals and families annually who are at risk of or suffering from mental illness or substance use disorders. With over 10 locations in Tucson and northeast Pima County, Ariz., the organization employs a work force of nearly 255 staff members.
