This place is in the ghetto and run down. Bathrooms are outdated and the shower drains always clog up so you're standing in drain water while bathing. The free wifi is falsly advertised because you cant connect anywhere unless you're parked next to the office. The tv was stolen out of the rec room. Homeless people set up camp in the field next to the park. Questionable people always roaming through the park. The owners husband will bother you for the rent early and in cash. The shoty electrical work has left entire rows of people without electricity in the summer time. The neighborhood is full of hookers, druggies and a filthy truck stop next door. There are much nicer rv parks that are affordable and some are cheaper than this place and much more clean and secure. This place was nothing but a headache. You couldnt pay me to EVER live there again.

I went into get a price and he did so. when i asked if he could give a better price he shook his head no. I said" well the park down the way is beating it by about 40.00. he said we i suggest you go there then. wow --and most of the place was empty. you'd think that something would be better than not ta.

It is very, very crowded. The spaces are about 15 by 40 ft. The owner is very, very, very unfriendly. The rec hall is keep locked. There is almost no activities. The owner will not allow propane to be delivered in the park to motor homes or any camper and you cannot use 100 lb tanks at your campsite.
