Avoid this place at all costs! Other gyms are cheaper, have better customer service and won't lock you into a contract OR keep charging your card when you cancel.

They charged me for two extra months and refused to refund my money. They said I sent my cancellation email to the wrong address. I used the one they gave me, what do they expect? Even when I showed them the email I sent the still refused to admit any error or refund my money.

Go to a gym where you don't have a contract and they don't automatically charge your credit card! There are plenty of better gyms out there!

The semi-private training program provides me with a consistent, high quality, supervised workout. Routines are varied so they are never boring. Dean and Ashley are creative, knowledgeable, energetic and …..fun!!!

I have been working out in the morning getting trained by one of the coaches Milissa. I have been at the gym for 3 years. It has been the best experience. Milissa has pushed me to my goals. If it wasn’t for her kindness and eager to help, I wouldn’t be coming to the gym. She is great and I love coming to the gym. Thank you for everything.

The employees are always able to provide excellent service and are always willing to help me out with all my questions. Also like that I have the ability to come late at night or at any time since the gym is open 24 hours.
