Oscar was our driver he was very professional and on time.
I would highly recommend Elite Limousine. I rent a lot of limo's all over the US and Elite is right up there at the top. Professional service from the initial phone call to the driver's. The limo was gorgeous and CLEAN!!!
I highly recommend Elite Limousine. From the first phone call to the end of our wonderful evening, everything was smooth. Barb was more then accommodating and our driver Doug was not only punctual and professional he made sure everyone in our group was having fun and went over and above driving people home that had TOO MUCH FUN!!! The limo was beautiful and CLEAN!!! I have rented from other limo companies and the limo's were old and stunk and the driver's were rude and didn't seem to care about us. I would never use anyone else by Elite.
I had called around for a limo for my friends birthday party. Elite was the only company that answered the phone!!! Besides that our driver was fabulous and truly made our evening complete. Professional, cordial and went over and above the call of duty to make sure all of us were having a good time. The limo was beautiful & clean. I would highly recommend this company. I have rented other limo's in the past and I will ONLY use Elite from here on out. They are totally a class act..
Being that it having a DVD player was VERY important to me I asked if they were equipped prior to renting. A few minutes into the ride we were told that vehicle had a problem with the player and I was not able to follow through with a very special part of the plan for the bride. I sent an email to the owner and here is her response.. ######Unfortunately, parts for limousine's can not just be picked up down at the local car parts store or in this case of the DVD/stereo store. It's a part that has to be specially ordered in and the part is not here yet.###When you called Saturday morning and your party grew in size I moved you to the bigger limo. The fact that the DVD you made for the bride was never discussed as being such a big factor on the evening. If you would have mentioned this to me I would have let you know at that point that the DVD was not operational and you could have stayed in the silver limo.###Sorry for the inconvenience######Now that's customer service!!######Just my

I rented a vehicle from this company for my sister's bachelorette party. I made sure to ask before renting if they came equipped with a dvd. A few minutes into the ride I attempted to play the dvd and was told by the driver that car had a problem with the dvd player.. The driver did come back and attempt to correct the problem but to no avail. Being that this was a major reason I had decided to rent a limo in the first place I was pretty upset but went on with our plans. Doug was an awesome driver. He drove six 13 yr. old girls around for 3 hours on a scavenger hunt!! He was helping them and even made up a clue himself, because I didn't have enough to fill up the 3 hrs time span . Would do it again in a second. Great company ! Very professional. Beautiful limo!!
