We had nothing but problems the entire time we rented from these people. The office staff is incompetant, staffed by a very young girl, two or three other women who look like Crack Ho's. They dont dress professionally, they dont behave professionally and they dont manage property professionally. There was one lady with short brown hair who used to be at the front desk who WAS extremely professional and helpful in the beginning but apparently she was fired. Probably for being good at her job. When our A/C unit went out on a Friday afternoon, she worked tirelessly, even staying after 5pm to make sure that someone was scheduled to come out to our property. This was our only positive interaction with this company. Whenever we came in person after no results from many phone calls, they were rude and they "snickered" at us and we could tell that they were making fun of our complaints about bugs in the house, a leaky water heater, etc. When maintenance men DID come out, EVERYTHING was jerriri

We were taken advantage of by this company. We were charged fees that were never agreed upon in the lease. We also were charged HOA fees that were applied to the property AFTER we moved out and charged several other cleaning fees when we left the house in better condition than recieved. They took 3/5ths of our deposit!!WOULD ADVISE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! or u might lose it

I would NOT recommend this company. They were very nice at first. Were very casual about everything. We had to demand someone to come out and visually inspect the property before we movede in. There were things that needed to be fixed and dog poop in the backyard (which they told us to clean ourselves). We went on vacation for 2 weeks (during monsoon season) and a few weeds gew while we were out of town. Grijalva charged us each day we did not pull the weeds even though we were out of town. PLUS, they never notified us about the fines and deducted it from our deposit.Out of $1000.00, they took over $600 for random cleaning charges. We returned the garage remotes 2 days after moving and they decided to charge $151 for new remotes. We cleaned the house spick and span (even cleaner then when we moved in) and they charged for a cleaning company to sweep the porches ($100).I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE if you value your hard earned money!!
