I agree with all the other reviews, they not only charge fees that they can not prove... they sent landscapers out after you call and tell them not to and the landscapers stayed at my house 30 min but charged for 4 hours of work and gong to the dump yard. False! I spent 3 months gonig back and forth which was a huge waste of time because the property managment company is just as crooked as the landscapers they hired. They also let themselves in without knocking before the scheduled time they are supposed to when dong home inspections, I almost got caught in the shower once. -katieryan
