      Established in 1997, Continuous Care Centers of Tulsa is a 25-plus-bed acute care hospital. It employs various physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, dietitians and counselors. Continuous Care Centers of Tulsa also provides various specialized programs that include wound care and cognitive remediation.
