Demolition Wrecking Company in Tulsa took out two houses from our Route 66 Village property at 3820 and 3828 Southwest Boulevard in 2013. They removed all of the debris from the two houses, cleared the fence lines and graded the four lots for proper drainage. They arrived on the jobsite on time, worked for three days and left the property in excellent condition, in a park like setting and ready for development. We were very pleased with the job.

Our Route 66 Village board members were very impressed with the quality of service provided by the Demolition Wrecking Co of Tulsa, Oklahoma. They arrived on time with clean and modern equipment. The operators were courteous and well trained. As they worked on the demolition of two houses, removal of debris, clearing of fencelines, and site obstructions, trees and scattered debris it became evident why the City of Tulsa uses them as a regular contractor. The trackhoe excavator operator carefully demolished sections of the houses on the foundation, stacking it on top of the flooring instead of scattering it around the property. He broke up section after section into small pieces so it would compact better on the semi-trucks, saving the cost of loosely packed loads. We watched as he dug out all of the foundation blocks and concrete and removed them from the site in seperate loads. The basement concrete was completely removed to ensure we didn't run into it again when we started building on the site. After all of the concrete was removed the company filled the basement and low foundation with clean dirt, packed it and graded it for proper drainage. They left the two derelict properties three days later looking like an inviting park, ready for visitors. We couldn't be more happy with their service and low cost for doing the job.
