I've been a member of golds gym, genesis was golds gym before golds sold their location to genesis. I was told at the beginning that genesis was going to be an upgrade, nothing has changed. It's only gotten worse. Horrible customer service, they promised ammenitites and I've yet to see any upgrades.

This gym was great when it opened. Now they have oversold. You can't find a parking place let alone a machine (that works) during the busy times. Not only that, but they bill even after you have left. Watch the agreement you sign at this place because their customer service department nor management will help you when they bill. The equipment is frequently broken and they rarely put a sign on it. Not to mention that they have only about 2 paper towel machines with sanitizing spray for people to wipe down the machines after completion of exercise. This means people rarely wipe off the machines.
